Steep slope to access the hotel can be challenging, especially in wet conditions. The friendly staff offered us a complimentary shuttle service, a lifesaver. A comfortable stay with great amenities and a lovely atmosphere.

The hotel is simply stunning with amicable staff with good service. Very central location, convenient base for discovering Ella. Walking distance to the main shopping centre and shops across the street:)))

We stayed in a modern room, which had a view of mountain. A shampoo and conditioner were available there.

Very nice views but steep ascent

The rooftop infinity pool offered amazing views, particularly at sunset. I indulged in delicious meals and appreciated the warmth of the staff .

The steep driveway posed a challenge for transport, and I found the WiFi connection unreliable. A slight wait for room service dampened my experience at times.

The view from the room was fine, but the uphill climb was tough!

The price is way too high for what you get!!! The shuttle can't handle luggage in the rain, leaving you to lug it up the hill yourself!!! WiFi is very poor, and a cold pool is a letdown!!!

The amazing views from the rooftop restaurant elevated every meal, and the staff were attentive, ensuring that our breakfast was both delicious and served in a timely manner. Being able to enjoy a meal with such fine panoramas was special.

The Beautiful Double Room I stayed in was super comfortable and had great views of Ella Rock. The bed was huge and perfect for a good night's sleep. Loved the hot shower with a nice view. The only downside was the steep walk back until the hotel, but it's manageable. The room also had a balcony which was a perfect spot for a morning coffee.

Rooms were clean and had fine views. We could easily walk to the city center in just 3 minutes. Breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed some quality time at the pool.

One downside was that the shuttle service has limited hours. It was a hassle to find transport for our early departure.

We loved our comfortable and spacious room with a fine view, perfect for sipping coffee on the balcony. The rooftop pool was an awesome spot to unwind, and we also enjoyed some relaxation time in the garden area. The only small downside was the minor wait for service at dinner, but it didn't take away from our enjoyable stay. 😊

The view from our room was unbelievable , stretched over the valley below. The rooftop infinity pool ? Gorgeous with a 360° view, made it perfect for relaxation.

It wasn't cheap, but honestly, for the experience it was acceptable.

The double room had amazing views of the mountains. the location was unbeatable, with restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. - It was just a short 10-15 minute walk from Honey Bee Garden.

The units are beautifully decorated and offer great views, located in a fantastic area.
